To me, this chapter was pretty simple, but I really liked the list of suggestions on HOW to "Put First Things First" (what can I say ... I love lists). I also enjoyed the fact that he was basically promoting FHE to the secular audience :)
I think this chapter (#4) provided some great insights and tools for working with teenagers. Shay is still a tad young to understand the concept of "win-win" but I plan on teaching this to my family, and implementing "win-win agreements" if there is a big problem that needs to be solved. Win-wins teach children (and parents) so much about life. It's not about being fair. It's so much deeper. You will create healthy children and a loving atmosphere full of abundance if you cultivate win-wins in the home.
